Join us this week as we welcome the country rock band, Borrowed Blue. Hailing from Jamestown, KY., Borrowed Blue encompasses the homegrown distinction of the “boy next door” and the heart of “Blue Mist” pride-emphasizing their belief in God and union. The quartet's roots keep them patriotic to Kentucky past-times and tradition. Anothertrait of the Bluegrass state, trademarked by the boys of Borrowed Blue, is their passion for basketball and acquired taste for bourbon. Band members Matt, Brandon, Jay and Jordan are all members of the same congregation as faithful UK fans who have developed a distinctive thirst for an age-old sporting event and indulgence. Whether watching waves cresting the shore on a Friday evening or making an impression before a roaring crowd in a juke joint, Borrowed Blue takes the listener on a whimsical musical escape guaranteed to become a ‘moment' to recall yesterday, today and all of your tomorrows. We will talk with them about their upcoming schedule, get a behind the scenes look at their music, feature their latest songs including their new hit single "Porch People" and ask them to share their message for the troops. Please be sure to visit Borrowed Blue at http://www.borrowedbluemusic.com/ and spread the word. Fans are welcome to call in and chat live with Borrowed Blue during the show. If you would like to participate in the live chat during the show, you must sign up on the show site first and then log in during the show. More great music for a really great cause! And as always we will give shout outs to our deployed military listeners. Be sure to join us, Sunday December 9th 2012 at 4:00 PM EST! Our message to the troops....WE do what we do, because YOU do what you do.
