Guest speaker, Rev. Contessa Miller of La Contessas Rocks and Laughing Foxes Bath Bliss will be joining us each week beginning this Tuesday, to discuss with us the healing benefits of Crystals, Gems and Reiki. Each week, well be focusing on a different stone, its healing attributes, energy transferability, and how energy affects us on a multi-dimensional level. This week, well be discussing one of my favorite stones, the Noble and Energy-boosting stone itself, the Cornelian or Carnnelian. This stone is found in India, South America, Britain, Iceland and Peru. It is known for giving us light-hearted energy, protection and calming of our own esoteric bodies and emotions. Its power is healing, ruled by the planet Mars and under the Zodiac of Virgo, Aries and Taurus. The red-orange color matches its corresponding Chakra; the Spleen or 2nd Chakra, although it does find itself in other colors as well. Be sure to listen in to find out why Contessa calls this our "compass rock" and what it may do in helping us along our paths. Until then, "keep on a rockin me baybee!"
