Fabled Producer Engineer Songwriter Musician Alan Parsons - Jan 23,2013

Alan Parsons began his career as assistant engineer at Abbey Road Studios participating in The Beatles Abbey Road and Let It Be, then rocketed to prominence with his timeless engineering work on Wings Wild Life, self-titled Hollies, Al Stewarts Year of the Cat, and Pink Floyds The Dark Side of the Moon, one of the most successful rock albums of all time. Parsons then leaped over the glass to form The Alan Parsons Project, a multi-platinum selling, progressive rock band featuring Parsons, collaborator Eric Woolfson and a rotating cast of studio musicians. The Alan Parsons Project was wild success with albums like I Robot, Eve, Eye In the Sky, and singles "I Wouldnt Want to Be Like You" "Eye in the Sky," "Time" and "Dont Answer Me." Coinciding with the 40th anniversary of Dark Side of the Moon, Parson is now embarking on a world tour -- Alan Parsons Live Project - Feb. 14th, 2013, which will include rare appearances in the U.S. PERFORMANCES: Feb. 14 - TOUR LAUNCH - Fort Pierce, FL - Sunrise Theatre Feb. 15 - Clearwater, FL - Ruth Eckerd Hall - includes lasers and symphony orchestra Feb. 16 - Orlando, FL - Plaza Theatre - two (2) shows Feb. 18 - Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Parker Playhouse at the Broward Center Feb. 20 - Jacksonville, FL - The Florida Theatre Feb. 22 - (west coast TBD) Feb. 23 - Las Vegas, NV - Railhead Theatre at Boulder Station Feb. 24 - Napa, CA - The Uptown Theatre - marks the 40th Anniversary week for The Dark Side Of The Moon.
